routes
Established and already full. You step onto a running route with agents who know us and a schedule set the day before.
Fair warning: the metro is wide and the stops are spread out. You'll spend real time behind the wheel between installs. If you like being on the road, that's the job. If you want ten stops on one block, it isn't.

We haven't set a post in Austin yet. The first hires help figure out the routes, the drive times, and which neighborhoods run hot.
Expect a lighter schedule early while volume builds — and a real say in how the market gets built. First lead installer comes from this group.
A day on route
You get a route on your phone each morning and work it address by address. No desk. No two days on the same street.
Load out
Posts, panels, riders and stakes for the day's stops. Check the route order before you roll — these stops are spread across the metro, and a bad sequence costs you an hour on the highway.
Set the post
Drive a 19-inch ground stake, set the post plumb, and place it where the agent asked — clear of the utility locate marks and out of the mower's path.
Hang and square up
Panel and riders on, levelled, reading clean from the street. This sign is the agent's first impression on a listing worth a few hundred thousand dollars. Crooked is not close enough.
Photo and close
Snap the confirmation photo and close the job in the app. That's what fires the agent's "your sign is up" text — so the job isn't done until you close it.
Removals and service
Pull posts on sold listings, swap riders, fix whatever a homeowner or agent reports. Leave the yard the way you found it — no hole, no ruts, no trash.

Real work history
You've done physical work for a living — construction, landscaping, warehouse, moving, ranch, roofing, oilfield. We'll teach you signs. We won't be teaching you how to work.
A clean license
Valid Texas driver's license and a driving record we can insure. You'll be behind the wheel more than you expect.
